COVID-19 Response - Testing Requirement Update

In light of the current COVID-19 situation and the social distancing measures in place, our ability to provide TEAS testing to groups of more than 10 has significantly lowered our available testing opportunities. Due to this restriction, we are opening up the option to submit ACT scores in lieu of TEAS scores. Our hope in doing so is to be able to meet the needs of our applicants for TEAS testing for those that absolutely need it.

ACT test scores must be no more than ten (10) years old and must meet the following requirements:

  • Nursing
    • ACT preferred minimum composite score of 19 or above and 16 or above is required in each subset.
  • Practical Nursing
    • Minimum ACT composite score of 17 or above and 16 or above is required in each subset.

If you have an ACT score that meets the above requirements, please have it sent to us. Scores can be requested via here or you can typically request them to be sent with your high school transcript, if available.

If you believe you already have an ACT score on file with us that meets the above requirements, please contact us to review your file and determine if your scores meet the minimum requirements.

To check your Applicant file status, please click on "Check Your Applicant File Status" from the column on the left.

Submitting Official Transcripts

Official transcripts from all previously attended institutions (high school and college) are required of applicants. A transcript is official if mailed directly from the issuing institution or submitted at the Student Services desk in a sealed envelope from the institution. Our mailing address is:
